Yeast Infections Can Recur

If you have ever experienced symptoms of a yeast infection, you will never want to experience them again.  They can and will recur at times.  Try to avoid the recurrence of the infection by following some of the following tips:

Don’t use perfumes, talcum powder, or soaps which carry a heavy scent.

Avoid using fabric softeners in the dryer with your underclothes.

Choose a daily supplement made to prevent the infection from recurring.

Avoid the consumption of alcohol, processed foods, and sugars.

Do not use others’ wash cloths or towels.

Limit your chances of dealing with the symptoms of a yeast infection.
