		<description>Learn to read the labels. Some of these Protein Shakes contain way too much sugar and other high carb things.

I am thinking you need to "beef up" your food plan with more good for you foods like green leafy salads and meats!

Please don't depend on supplemental things to balance your food plan. Do more cardio and lifting exercises to put on muscle!!!</description>

		<description>No problems.  Check the carb content and do a post prandial blood sugar level so that you know how it affects you.  Then discuss it with your diabetes educator.  You must look after your kidneys too so lots of water if you're increasing your protein intake.</description>
