Importance Of The Colon

Posted by admin

The latest scientific experiments are proving that more than half of our immune system is in our colon. That's why it's easy to figure that the colon is the one of the most important organs in our body, of course they all are, but perhaps most people are not absolutely aware of what's happening in their own bodies, how the colon functions and what should and shouldn't be done. Having a normally functioning colon is vital for having stable and good health. It's my own conclusion that perhaps our diets have evolved more quickly than our digestive organs, which are actually more used to processing raw foods instead of cooked and processed foods that contain chemicals and toxins.
