That sugars eat sugar, fructose, etc. especially too much, triglycerides (neutral fat) is made to increase and it also becomes the origin of overweight. Sugar, confectionery, the sugar drink, and fruit are cut down. Since eating and drinking just before sleeping especially night become a burden in the stomach and intestines and become subcutaneous fat easily, without consuming a part to have eaten, let's avoid them. Since the digestive organs must work, it also becomes a cause by which deep sleep is no longer obtained.
