I guess you have heard about one of the most popular types of contact lenses — extended wear lenses. One of the nicest things about these types of contact is that you can usually wear them overnight. This means that if you wake up in the middle of the night and have to get up from bed, you will be a will to see what you are doing without having to search around in the dark for a pair of glasses. Extended wear contacts can usually be worn for a period of time of up to 7 days without there being removed. You should check with your eye doctor, however, to see if you would be a good candidate for extended wear contacts.
