Hi I am a school teacher. The gym for the school was under way when one of our colleagues came up with the idea of putting some kid's punching bag in the gym. This ideas was then was supported many other.
As I have observed these kid's boxing punching bags have helped us a lot. Since the bags are specially designed for kids the children feel free to play with them. This has surely helped these children to improve their hand eye co-ordination. This actually is a bonus because the better hand eye co-ordination has helped the children many other skills rapidly. It also has increased their reflex actions and agility. These bags have been a good help to instill a taste for other sports also.
