What will help you with Colon Carcinoma
Exercise: Along with diet changes, regular exercise can also decrease your risk of colon carcinoma. Losing weight and exercising will lower not only your risk of colon cancer but also other forms of cancer as well.
Vitamins: Some studies have indicated that taking a multi-vitamin that includes folic acid can decrease your risk. Other studies have suggested that calcium and vitamin D may also help reduce the risk.
NSAIDs: Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs may also reduce the risk of bowel cancer. Most of the studies suggesting this, however, involved individuals who were already taking NSAIDs for other reasons. Taking these drugs can cause stomach bleeding and other problems so doctors don’t recommend taking it just for this reason alone.
