As with most medical cures, research has shown that a diet using milk and other diary products does not help with the symptoms of acid reflux disease. If you do trying using milk, you might actually find that you do feel better, for a short period of time.
But, as with anything you put into your stomach, acid must be created to digest it. This is not to say that you can never drink milk, but it not a cure for acid reflex problems.
The best way to deal with acid reflux problems is by modifying your diet.
