The bubbling over problem used to drive me nuts, but somehow I realized the bubbling over only occurred when I either pre-rinsed my contact lenses with another solution or when I put clear care into a case that had been rinsed with tap water and was still a little wet. I stopped pre-rubbing my lenses with another solution, and always make sure I put the clear care in a very dry case. And I haven't had the bubbling over thing in more than a year.
