I have been told that if I don’t lose weight soon and keep it off I will be in danger of having a lot of health problems. I have tried and tried to lose the weight, but I haven’t been able to make a significant dent in the amount that I have to lose. I think that the only way for me to really lose this weight is some type of surgery. I was thinking of trying this next, can anyone tell me where I can find a doctor experienced with Lap Banding surgery? If I do this I would want to have a doctor that had performed it often.

I know the definition of a refurbished piece of equipment is that it was used already.  But for me I just got a new piece of Marcy Fitness Equipment.  There is an amazing hydraulic lift on the front of the machine allowing me to get the elevation that I need for my individual workout.  It’s definitely not made for a kid, and allows me to stay home and instead of always having to go to the gym.  These guys are the premier equipment manufacturers of this type of machine and I cannot wait to get it into gear and get back into shape.
