Product History Important in Product Trust

Information on the history of a product or products will allow consumers to know what went into making the product. For example knowing that a product was discovered by medical professionals and what the product was designed to do may help consumers feel comfortable in trying these products. Knowing what goes into Obagi skin care products and how they work can give customers valuable knowledge about the products they are using. When there is no knowledge of a products history customers may limit or stop usage of the product because they may not trust that it is working. But when the history of a product is known customers can trust the heritage of the product and trust that it will work according to what the directions say.
