Can Acid Reflux Disease Be Stopped Or Cured?
Tuesday, October 7th, 2008My fiancee suffers from chronic heartburn, something she calls acid regurgitation and trouble swallowing. She told me that her doctor diagnosed her with acid reflux disease. He prescribed a medication for her, but she has to take it everyday. What I would like to find out from someone out there is if acid reflux disease can be stopped or cured? Or, is my fiancee doomed to take prescription medication for the rest of her life? She has changed her eating habits to a certain extent, and even has bought an acid reflux pillow, but she still needs to take the medication. Any advice?
