Sleep more to lose stomach fat. This has been proved in recent findings. Those who sleep less than 5 hours are more likely to get stomach fat than those who catch 7-8 hours of sleep every night. Those of you who frequent the local pubs every alternate day, it’s time to stop doing that, guys. Happy hours might mean more drinks but it also means more belly fat. This is because alcohol interferes with your sleep schedule and on a weekday when you cannot catch extra snooze, it puts on fat for you. Sleep the required no: of hours and you can cut that fat down.

The Issue Of Binge Eating Disorder

Last week I discovered an old friend of mine is suffering from Binge Eating Disorder. What awful news. I never saw it coming. She seemed so together to me. I’m going to have to talk to her about Binge Eating Disorder Compulsive Overeating. She won’t want to hear what I have to say, but tough luck. She’s going to have to get medication for her binge eating disorder if I have to drag her down to the clinic myself. She has to know it’s the right thing to do.
