People with acid reflux can still enjoy favorite foods like hamburgers with a few minor adjustments. Instead of using ketchup which is high in acid from the tomatoes, they can try a dressing of guacamole or other less acidic ingredient. They can still enjoy a salad by avoiding the tomatoes and replacing them with safer foods like carrots, broccoli, beans and seeds.
