Friday, November 23rd, 2007

The use of Adipex calls for certain prescription from the side of the person using it. It is not good to use the drug if the patient using it has used an MAO inhibitor such as Marplan, Nardil, Azilect, selegiline, Eldepryl and Emsam within the last two weeks. Some grave and life-menacing side effects can crop up if you take Adipex before the MAO inhibitor has cleared from your body. On the other hand, using it together by means of other diet medications such as Phen-Fen or Redux can cause a rare fatal lung disorder called pulmonary hypertension which is not good at all.
